Description
Returns the monitor (CPU/Memory/Battery) value on the given time.
Parameters

CounterName : Monitor - CPU \ Memory \ Battery.
Usage
Scenario: We will create a short scenario on the Eribank application. During the test we will collect values of CPU and Memory monitors.
Upon execution values of these monitors will be fetched one time and there values.
Values will be returned as string and will be also displayed on the generated Report under the Data tab
