When using Utilities Commands (Install, Uninstall, Launch, ApplicationClearData) - you are required to enter the application's identifier.
Step 1: Open the Application Manager
Click on the 'Application Manager' button. (you can also click the "Device" tab, and then click on "Application Manager").
The Application Manager will then appear on your screen:
Step 2: Choose the device which holds the application
Step 3: Find the application identifier.
You have 2 options to find the application identifier:
If the application was imported in the past, it will be found in the applications list - right-click on it and choose 'Copy Name'.
For example - This is how to find the 'YouTube' application identifier:
If the application is not on the list, but it is on the device, follow the following process:
Click on the 'Import application' icon
You will then see the following pop-up:
Choose "Import application from Android device".
The application will be found in the device applications list - import it.
For example - this is how to find the 'IMDb' application identifier:
The application will then be found in the applications list - right-click it and choose 'Copy Name'.
