HELP - Reset my License to fix a problem ( RESET KEY )



To reset your License to fix a problem, you will need to generate a Reset Key.

To do that....

1. From the Windows Start menu, click Programs > your product (Net Express / Mainframe Express / Revolve > Command Prompt).
2. Navigate to the product’s \base\bin directory.
3. Enter the command PROTCFG /FORCE_RESET.
4. In the License Management System window, click the appropriate check box to select your product.
5. Click Request Reset License.
6. Take note of the Reset Key that is generated, and leave the License Management System window open.


Having generated your request key, go to the License Request page and generate your license response key.
