Note:
- This update requires new COBOL 2010 Runtime license keys in order to function. If you are updating from a previous COBOL 2010 Runtime product then please contact Micro Focus support to obtain new keys.
- Micro Focus provides a choice of two installers for you to use:
- The Web installer is a small download that when run checks for missing pre-requisite
software, downloads the required components and installs the product.
- The full installer downloads and installs the complete product, including any pre-requisite
software that you might already have installed.re that you might already have installed.
We strongly recommend that you use the Web installer to install the product. You
might, however, need to use the full installer if you need to install the product
on a machine that isn't connected to the internet, or to download the product
and distribute it within your organization on a LAN.
