StarTeam SDK - Sample Applications

Welcome to the StarTeam SDK sample applications. 

This document provides a description of the sample applications included with StarTeam SDK. For additional information about using the StarTeam APIs please refer to the documentation located in the StarTeam SDK program group.

  ListItems   An application that displays information about the Items in a StarTeam repository. Command-line versions are provided in Java and C++. A Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) web application is also provided.
  AssignCRs   An application that allows a user to re-assign responsibility for selected Change Requests in the StarTeam repository. Implemented as a command-line program written in Java.
  FindReopenCRs   An application that finds and lists all Change Requests in a StarTeam repository that were closed and then re-opened at some point in their history. Implemented as a command-line program written in Java.
  EventMonitor   An application that displays information about events relevant to a given StarTeam server as they occur. Demonstrates how to use the StarTeam MPX event-handling APIs. Implemented as a command-line program written in Java.
  CRWatcher   A simple application that creates a few Change Requests, and waits for the corresponding itemAdded events. Compares StarTeam MPX event-handling in several popular programming languages. Implemented in Java, Visual Basic, JScript, and C++.
  ConvertVault   An application that can set configuration options to start or stop the background vault conversion process. Implemented as a command-line program written in Java.
  ViewCompareMerge   An application that displays information about differences between the contents of the two most recent build labels in a view in a StarTeam Repository. Implemented as a command-line program written in Java.
