This section details pre-installed reports that utilize simple text queries to identify issues of interest.
Note These reports require that you enter a text search string on the Parameters tab. Returned data is displayed on the Data tab in tabular format. Reports and charts are not displayed for text search queries.
Search for text in synopsis - Returns all issues that have the specified search string in their synopsis definitions.
Search for text in description - Returns all issues that have the specified search string in their description definitions.
Search for issues referencing customer - Returns all issues that have the specified search string in their customer name definitions.
