Customer Care is delighted to announce that the old Knowledge Base has been moved to the Micro Focus Community thus providing you, our customers, with a ‘one stop shop’ to receive support, knowledge and interact with each other.
To access the new Knowledge Base, please visit the Micro Focus Community
and navigate to the product group of your interest. Here you will find a large collection
of information including a Knowledge Base which contains all the know-how that you
are looking for under the Wiki tab. To make your life easier, there is a site-wide
search function that will enable you to find the article most relevant to your needs.
The Micro Focus Community provides the following benefits over the existing Knowledge Base
- Enhanced search capabilities
- Improved performance and stability
- The ability for “Power Users” to contribute to existing Wiki pages or even create new ones
