Product updates are
found in the Self-Service menu option titled Patches and Fixes.
|
|
|
|
Product Updates are
delivered in a form that Micro Focus has termed WebSyncs. These are product updates delivered on an
on-going basis by product via the web.
|
|
|
|
To access Product
Updates, you will need to:
|
|
1.Have a User login to the SupportLine site (if you do not,
click on New User?)
|
|
2.Login to the SupportLine site using your SupportLine login
|
|
3.Have your product profile set-up properly which lists those
products, by serial number, which are covered on maintenance (if you do not,
select Product Profile from My Details and update your profile
accordingly)
|
|
|
|
Once the above is
set-up, by selecting Patches and Fixes, you will have access to the
Product Updates for those products which are covered by your SupportLine
maintenance agreement.
|
|
|
|
The top of the page
will list those products which are in your Product Profile which are
currently covered on maintenance.
|
|
|
|
Listed below are the
Product areas along with each product for which there are updates.
|
|
|
|
Click on the product
you wish to update. This will be a
hyperlink, as shown in blue on the above screen, if there is valid
maintenance on the product.
