A Serial Number (covered by Your SupportLine Agreement)	How to enter a valid serial number The following formats are valid: For Micro Focus products (including Acucorp and NetManage products), enter only the numeric characters from the full serial number (i.e. remove the dashes). For example, if your full serial number is 6000-1234-5678, enter 600012345678. For Liant products, the serial number equates to the middle section of your license number (including the dash). For example, if your full license number is xx-1000-12345-6789, enter 1000-12345.
